Your at the supermarket and have to choose between OJ from a carton or frozen concentrate. Which would you choose? Go for the frozen, which has about 25% more Vitamin C. Since vitamin C breaks down over time freezing the OJ in concentrate form slows the process and preserves the nutrients until the concentrate is mixed with water to make juice!
To get the best nutritional value, buy milk in a cardboard container. Milk stored in plastic jugs can lose up to 70% of its vitamins A & C. Exposure to light causes chemical deterioration of these vitamins.
