I'm don't know alot about the whole protein diet thing, but I do know they say if you are on this that you aren't suppose to have hypertension and you have to drink alot of water, because of something it can do to I'm thinking your kidneys! I know my dad did this for a while and lost alot of weight, but he also drank tons and tons of water like they said and he didn't have hypertension.
I can't imagine it being good on your body though!
